At Adams, we’re committed to delivering you only premium products with a premium service. If there's an issue with your purchase, here’s the policy of how to return it:

 

Return & Exchange: 

If you’ve received damaged, defective, or incorrect products, just email us at support@adamsformen.com with your order number. Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to sort it out and send replacements if needed.

Note: we may ask for photos in case of damaged products to help us improve our service. Please make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In line with Egyptian consumer law, you also have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it—even if it’s not defective—as long as:

The product is unused, in its original condition, and sealed if applicable.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
