Exchange:
- If you’ve received damaged, defective, or incorrect products, just send us an email on support@adamsformen.com with your order number and our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to sort it out and send you new products. Note: our team will ask you to send photos of the damaged products so that we can improve our service. You must send us about the issue within 7 days from when you received the order.
Returns and Refund:
- If you purchased a product and feel that it didn’t live up to your expectations, we offer you a 100% money back guarantee for 30 days for the cost of the product (excluding any additional costs).
- To return a product, send us an email on support@adamsformen.com with the order number and the items you’d like to return/exchange and our team will contact you within 2 business days to manage the return.
Please Note:
- The 30 day satisfaction guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of a product.
- The policy is valid only if you send us about the return within 30 days of your order date.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, meaning that the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
- You’ll receive the money in the same method you used for your payment. For orders paid by a debit/credit card, refunds might take around 10 business days due to bank regulations.
